To meet our care quality commitment, we undertake quality assurance of all our operations including spot check visit for quality control in order to act immediately on feedback which requires improvement.
How do you ensure that quality assurance is at its best?
We undertake annual quality assurance visit to ensure that we deliver our obligations according to the contract and to your expectation by providing you and other person involved in your care to talk to us about your view regarding our staff and our services.
Sama Care Limited is committed to confidentiality of information and data protection act (1998) in which we ensure that all information provided before and during our quality control will be strictly treated as confidential. A manager is always available for the service user or representative of service user to contact in case of emergency.
