Musician embarks on a production journey of hard hitting beats

Lyron Foster is a Hawaii based African American Musician, Author, Actor, Blogger, Filmmaker, Philanthropist and Multinational Serial Tech Entrepreneur.

Lyron  rocks and rolls with the electronic number “Gatico Unleased” offers a warm embrace in the midst of total darkness and gallops with  rhythmic ease.  “Apex ,” takes a Slowhand-style approach. Lyron layers an amazing ensemble of beats rolling like a carefree vagabond in and establishes himself as a modern day master of productions that can be used in anything from films, tv commercials, songs and much more. Lyron’s songs are most definitely  both cinematic and imaginatively engaging around every one of its many turns.

There’s a textural expressiveness to songs like “Gatico” and “Eclectic” that you just can’t find in a lot of similar productions .

Lyron artfully weaves different instrumental components together in “808 Style,” “11:27 AM” and “Bounce,” and despite the fact that every one of these compositions is an individual beast in its own right, there’s a sense of continuity to the music that makes everything feel progressively tied together, as though we were reading from different passages in an intimate diary of love, lust, loss and luminosity.

I don’t often say this about these sort of productions. However, Lyron’s work feels almost operatic in its storytelling-centric aesthetic, and I think that it’s outside of the box-style construction is definitely what makes it the perfect to kick off any project.

We decided to catch up with Lyron for our quick fire round interview;
What inspired you to get into music?
I’ve always been interested in music. I grew up in musically inclined family.

How would you describe your music?
Electronic, a little edgy and hackerish.

What would you say is your recording and song writing style?
Abstract. I don’t really plan in detail. I begin with a concept and just build from there.

Where would you like to see your music career in 5 years time?
I’m already a pretty busy entrepreneur, so I don’t think I’d ever want to do only music. I’d just like to know that there are some fans out there that enjoy my music.

Where can music fans listen your music?
My music is available on all major streaming platforms including Apple Music and Spotify.
