Wondered how a Vietnamese Burger tasted?

NOW... that's what i call Beef Burger... a la Vietnam!

Introducting PHO & BUN. The brainchild of trained chef, Andy Le it follows the success of his debut restaurant VietEat in Holborn and is a fresh, new take on Vietnamese food .  London is about taste it’s  first ever Vietnamese Burger and we at the Food desk @Camdenmonthly can’t wait !!!  Apparently, the burger  is made up of the very best beef enveloped in a steamed hirata bun combined with all the zingy flavours you expect from Vietnamese cooking, this is a must have! As for the Pho, this has been steamed for 18 hours so is rich in flavour and taste!
