What inspired you to get into music?
I’ve been into music all my life. I began playing the drums and singing in church at around 6 years old. I didn’t really have an interest in doing music professionally until I had my first recording session at age 16 and that’s when I thought I could do this. Although I wasn’t 100% invested. There was always a reason for me to get back into the music. I just couldn’t get away and that’s when I decided back in 2018 that I was going to take it serious and actually stick with it. I haven’t looked back since then.

How would you describe your music?
I’m an R&B mood music kind of artist. I don’t just write about one subject matter. My music is real, it’s got substance and you can find a song or two that you will add to your daily listening.

What would you say is your recording and song writing style?
I always write about my emotions in different scenarios. I think that’s what makes me unique, it’s because I’m not tamed by one dimensional thinking when it comes to creating R&B. A few of my inspirations such as Marvin Gaye, PARTYNEXTDOOR and Rhianna were examples to me that R&B isn’t just one kind of sound and that’s why I always try to remain open minded and showcase versatility.

Where would you like to see your music career in 5 years time?
In the next 5 years I’d like to see myself in rooms with other mainstream artists making dope music together. I want to have a solidified fan base and travel overseas and connect with other people through the music on a global scale.

Where can music fans listen your music?
You can stream, download and purchase my music on all platforms. Please be sure to check out my newest EP titled “Hattie’s Boy”
