Introducing Pale Vision, an indie alternative artist from Germany. He writes, records and produces music. We decided to catch up with him for an interview..
What inspired you to get into music?
Some of my earliest memories are connected to music. I remember having musical toys, or listening my dad playing guitar, music was there all the time. I enjoyed making music, so there was the day I told my parents I want a guitar. Since then I can’t stop making music.
How would you describe your music?
My music is real, honest and authentic. I focus on real instruments, the wall of sound like Bruce Springsteen once said.
I enjoy telling stories. It could be stories about different people, life and society. I want to show people that things are not always going forward, sometimes you have to take a step back and remind yourself what is important.
What would you say is your recording and song writing style?
I like combining old-school elements and turning them into a modern indie, rock, pop song. My role models are Johnny cash, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, the Beatles, to name a few. These artists have inspired me a lot and I think you can hear the influence in my music.
I use many instruments that have been forgotten, like saxophone, mallets, strings. It’s that what makes my sound unique.
Where would you like to see your music career in 5 years time?
Life is a game is my first single that I will release. so I’m at the very beginning of course and I want as many people as possible to hear and love my music and if I can make people happy with my music then I have actually achieved the most important thing.
I will release more songs in the next few weeks and months and I hopefully i can play them live soon.
